چکیده

The challenges faced by classical supply chain management affect efficiency with regard to business. Classical is associated high risks due a lack of accountability and transparency. use optimization algorithms considered decision-making support improve the operations processes in green manufacturing. This paper suggests solution lot size problem using bio-inspired algorithms, specifically, butterfly algorithm. For this, our methodology consisted first collecting real data, then data were expressed simple function several constraints optimize total costs while reducing CO2 emission, serving as input for algorithm BA model. model was used find optimal that balances cost-effectiveness sustainability. Through extensive experiments, we compared results those other showing consistently outperformed alternatives. contribution this work provide an efficient sustainable lot-size problem, thereby environmental impact optimizing well. Conclusions: has shown it can achieve best existing methods. It also valuable chainsaw tool.
